Michelle has trained with the best artists from all over the country, she is versatile in the PMU industry with Eyebrows, Eyeliner, Lip Blushing and with Eyelash Lift & Tint, Lash Extensions, Brow Wax & Henna, and Dermaplane Skin Treatment. Her ability to perform tedious work with steady hands, as well as her eye for art and creativeness have been some of her attributes of her career. She is dedicated to empowering women through quality cosmetic tattoos + beauty treatments that are tailored to match each individual's unique style. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY- In order to book a reserved time, a non-refundable booking fee is required to make an appointment. Your booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your services, due on the day of your appointment.
Your booking fee is only valid for the appointment slot you initially reserve.
CANCELLATION POLICY- All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice can be rescheduled as a ONE-TIME courtesy. If a second appointment is cancelled again, your booking fee will be forfeited, and will act as a cancellation fee.
If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, your booking fee will be forfeited, and will act as a cancellation fee.
A new booking fee will be required to make another appointment.
NO SHOW POLICY-
No show will forfeit your booking fee plus 50% of the service costs of your scheduled appointment.
To schedule another appointment, you must call to schedule and pay in full for the new appointment. Payment is non-refundable and the appointment cancellation policy is forfeited therefore, it can not be rescheduled and no future appointments accepted.
RESCHEDULE POLICY- Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice can be rescheduled as a ONE-TIME courtesy. If second appointment is cancelled or requested to reschedule again, booking fee will be forfeited, and will act as a cancellation.
